- Private paved or gravel area for each cottage with table and chairs.
- There is also a range of garden furniture with wooden picnic benches available for guests use.
- Separate guest laundry with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, iron, clothes airer and outside washing line. All at no extra charge.
- Drying room with clothes rack for hanging wet coats and boots
- Gas BBQ and charcoal Weber.
- Hose and bike washing facilities.
- Each cottage has its own lockable bike shed but equipment is stored at owners risk.
